Up for your consideration is a breathtaking vintage 30's blue velvet evening dress. Simply put: stunning! Sleeveless with a jewel neckline, with a long peplum at the waist. Open V shaped cut in the back. Very elegant, classy and shimmering cobalt blue velvet. If you hold the fabric up to daylight there are a few VERY MINOR pin holes, and I do mean tiny, just from the age of the fabric. Very wearable.
