Thanks for shopping in my online vintage clothing store. You are viewing a fabulous vintage 50's suit from the famous Dayton's Department Store. Founded in Minneapolis in 1902 as Goodfellows, the store was sold in 1903 to George Dayton and renamed Dayton Dry Goods. Read more from the VFG . This suit is very slenderizing, single breasted, narrow notched collar. Four covered buttons down the front, four flap over pockets. (two are faux pockets, and two are real pockets). The back of the jacket has the partial norfolk belt attached, notched sleeves. Fully lined jacket. The skirt zips down the side with old metal zipper, kick pleat back, unlined. This suit is in fabulous condition and is in a very wearable size. It even has an extra button attached inside!!
