Breathtaking to say the least, dramatic and romantic. The fitted short puff sleeve bodice is quite elaborate. The floral lace on this is gorgeous. Ecru in color with a floral design that is exquisite. Covered buttons down the back with hoops for closure, then snaps at the bottom of the row of buttons at the waist. Also there are snaps on the side of the waist. The skirt is a red wine burgundy velvet. There are string belt loops but no belt. One could always buy the blue velvet with the bird studs and use the gold belt on both, email me for a discount on the pair!
