Now, popart collectors, who have been making off with these road signs for wall decorations, can buy a collection of automobile-oriented duds to match....the first-clothing venture of a 28 year old graphics designer named Peter Max, best known for his campy art-noveau posters. The octagonal poncho is guaranteed to stop-the rain and the traffic. Peter Max made it for Naman Rainwear, of Comark's vinyl, with lettering and trim of clear vinyl over silver Mylar ($60).
